Tattoos!!

Hey guys,

So some of you may know i am obsessed with tattoos and some piercings. So i thought why not show you what tattoos i have ( i don't have many) But i am wanting to get a lot more hopefully! So as a disclaimer, i know some people don't like anything to do with tattoos but that is your choice and this is my choice, so if you don't like them just simply don't read this :).

Now my tattoos aren't the best but i personally really like them, so i will tell you how much each one cost, where i got it and the pain for me.

So we will start with my first tattoo, i had just turned 18 and i has been wanting one similar to this for years but i obviously was underage so a couple of days after my birthday i booked in for this. I got that Rude Studios in Leeds City Centre. I can't actually remember what the artist was called but he just free-handed the design for me. I really do like it but i don't know whether to add a little colour into it or not but we will see in the future haha. So this cost me around 70-80 pounds and it took just over an hour. The pain wasn't bad at all it only hurt when it got further up my side but i think it was just sore as he was doing that part last. (oh and don't mind the minion pjs ahha!)

So the next tattoo i got when i was 19, I had just come back off of holiday in Kavos and i was really in the mood to get a new one i was talking to my sister about it and we both wanted the heart with a semi-colon in. She got this to represent my uncle that sadly took his own life back in 2009, i got it not only for him but for myself as i have been struggling with depression and anxiety for the past 5 years, so i added the quote to it 'My story isn't over'. I know the tattoo isn't perfect and there are some wobbly lines and things but i am wanting this covered and put it somewhere else but i will get into that. So this cost me 25 pounds and it took around 10 minutes and i got this from Ink and Cut in Cross Gates, Leeds. This really didn't hurt me at all, for some reason i kind of like the pain haha.

So the next one i got after that is this anchor on my ankle, and again i was just in the mood for a tattoo that day so again i rang Ink and Cut up and they fit me in, again it has a few wobbly lines but that was totally my fault because my leg wouldn't stop twitching so it was harder for the artist haha. This also cost me around 25 pounds and also took around 10 minutes. This one hurt a little bit more because it actually goes over my ankle bone but it wasn't too bad.(also don't mind the weird lines on my skin it was where i had been laid haha)

This is the last one that i got, i had been wanting this for ages, and i mean ages! i saw something similar on Pinterest and i saved it to show to the tattoo artist and he drew it up for me just so that it would be different to the one i had seen. Now this cost me 150 pounds and took around an hour to an hour and a half. And as for the pain, i really liked it haha! it wasn't sore at all i quite enjoyed it, yeah i know im weird haha. Now i got this on the same arm as the heart tattoo and i am wanting to start this off as a half sleeve but i don't like the look of the deer and the heart together so i am wanting to cover the heart and put it somewhere else, my only problem is i don't know what to cover it with as it will have to be really dark. But i will get there soon! haha.

So that is my four tattoos that i have, like i say i am wanting more but just not going to do it yet! Thanks for reading :)

Makeup Revolution - Salvation Intense Lacquer

Heyy,

So in my previous post i told you i would do a quick post on the lip lacquers that i bought from makeup revolution, just because i bought 6 of them and the haul would of been too long if i went through all the shades and things.

Before i get into showing you the shades i just thought i would mention something. Whilst i was doing the swatches for this post i was obviously opening and closing these products and about 3 out of the six actually 'broke' on me. The packaging may look nice but it isn't effective at all! The top part of the tube (the part that gets the excess product off of the applicator) popped out so the lip gloss actually went all onto my blanket which is now stained (i think i may cry). I managed to fix one of them but the others wont because of the pressure inside of the tube. It may not effect the quality of the gloss itself but it does waste a lot of it and creates a lot of mess for me!

However they are all pretty colours and i still do like them its just harder to use them. So below is a picture of the swatches and i will go from top to bottom with the names of the shades :)

1. Didn't I Tell You
2. Gave You All My Love
3. A Love Like That
4. No Ordinary Love
5. Nothing Like You and I
6. More Than I Could Give

So in there is 3 nude colours and 3 pink - red shades. I do really love the colours of these but again its just the packaging im not happy with! Let me know if you have any of these and if the packaging did the same to you?

Just a Quick Haul

Hey guys, i just thought i would do a quick haul as i have recently bought some things from Superdrug. All of it is makeup based and it wasn't expensive at all! I haven't bought much makeup in a while so i thought i would go buy a couple of things :) Right lets just get into it!

First off i am going to show you my favorite out of them all just because they look gorgeous but i haven't tried them yet and these were the main reason why i even went onto the Superdrug website. So these are the new brushes that Makeup Revolution have brought out and i got the Precision Contour set which came with the oval face brush, oval cheek and the oval shape brush. Now these feel amazing, they are so soft it is unreal! The rose gold is beautiful as well! I really can't wait to try these!

Next up i got this primer which is also by Makeup Revolution, As you will be able to tell, all but one of these products are by Makeup Revolution. I really do like the brand as they are cheap but they have good quality products! So this is their new pro base blur primer, illumination base. Again i haven't tried this properly yet but i put a little on the back of my hand and it had little bits of glitter in and it felt so smooth as well.

So this is the new palette that i got and it is their new Ultra Pro Glow. As you can see it has 8 different highlighters in which i absolutely love. They are so pigmented and they are really good colours too, they have some bronze shades and some really light shades. So beautiful!

Now onto the main part of this haul...Lipstick! I got quite a few because of how little they cost! I can't remember how much i actually paid for these but they weren't full price. So these ones are the Makeup Revolution Liphug. I got 3 different ones and from left to right on the picture the shades are called 'want to leave?', 'Still missing my baby' and 'insatiable, I already have one of these just in a different shade and i really like them, they are very pigmented too.

The next set are basically lip gloss, I got 6 of these are they are Makeup Revolutions Salvation Intense lip lacquer. You can see the names of the shades on the boxes in the picture but i am going to do another post on these and i will go into more detail and provide swatches of them too. But these are really nice but they kind of smell weird haha.

And last but not least i got one lipstick from MUA. It is their Velvet lip lacquer in the shade 'A flush' I have one of these already and i really like the formula of it it dries quite matte but it isn't drying at all.

Well that is it for now, like i say i will do a post on the Salvation Intense lip lacquers so keep an eye out for that :)

Hey :)

I just thought i would check in with you guys and apologise for not posting anything in ages. I have been wanting to post but i have been dealing with a lot of personal problems for the past few months which have got in the way of literally everything in my life including my blog obviously. I am going to be getting back onto it as i am starting to get better now which is good for now haha. I aren't going into detail about whats been happening just because i don't really like to talk about it but i am hopefully going to be posting more :)

Also an update on the fitness and healthy eating... it didn't quite work out haha. I mean it wasn't too bad but then i had no motivation at all to workout so i stopped doing it at home and i stopped going to the gym and then the eating sort of went downhill gradually. But i am going to try get back on top of that too, i feel better after iv had a good workout!

Anyways that's enough from me but you will be seeing more :) I am always on Twitter and Instagram though so you can check out them pages the links are in the contact page :)

Foundation Friday

Hey lovely,
As you guys know, its Friday which means there's another foundation review for you all. This week i am going to be reviewing the L'oreal Infallible 24hr. I have mine in the shade 120 Vanilla. I have reviewed the L'oreal True Match before you can check that out here . Right lets just get into the review shall we?

So there is three different infallible foundations by L'oreal, the  normal one, the matte one and the Sculpt one. The one i am going to be reviewing today is the normal one.
We will start off with the colour of this one. For me it is still a little too dark but its not too bad, i just have to set it with a lighter powder for me to be able to wear it properly. Also with the colour of this i think it has more yellow undertones rather than pink and that's why i think it looks dark on my skin tone. The finish of this foundation is quite dewy but not sticky where you can feel it on your face. Now for coverage, I would say it is a medium coverage foundation, it does even out the skin tone but it doesn't cover blemishes much. And as for the 24 hour lasting, i can't say i have worn this for over 11 hours, but in them 11 hours it started to break down after around 8-9 hours of wearing. It started to go patchy around my T-zone.

Overall with this product i do think it is a nice foundation but it isn't my go to foundation because of the shade that i have. I do really like the packaging and it is brilliant that it comes with a pump, and i like the fact that it blends easy too. I would recommend this product to people who have yellow undertones to their skin as it would suit them better.

Please let me know what you think of this product in the comments :)
Thanks for reading this weeks edition of Foundation Friday, see you next week for more..hopefully haha.
